How low is your HHP?

First tried fighting them at 10 UAC. Open combat with a quick dodge, refresh quick dodge the second that they try to hit you, then alternate between punch and quick dodge until they die. Left Hook's cooldown is fine until they're low on health and then they attack too quickly for it to work properly.

my uac is 5 atm ill put more points in to it i guess

they definitely attack faster sometimes, not sure if it's related to health or just a different attack with a shorter cooldown. It's worth fighting them anyway though because of combat discoveries
