All the more reason to play the game a little more realistically, i.e. spending time in your claim doing stuff there by campfire-light instead of wandering out and about in the scary woods where certain death awaits you.

After my first encounter with bats they've been relatively easy to avoid and manage. Unsure why everyone is having such a hard time with this.

because we were the one to first get fucked by them not knowing they are hostile little shits after we posted it on the forums other people knew to stay away from them.
plus they spawn on your fucking head in caves and rape u to death
