Murder isnt a skill.. Unless you mean Rage? You can attack other people on your personal claim without Rage.

Murder is when you continue to attack someone after you KO them, you only need Rage if your doing it outside your claim.

So a workaround is to carry enough material for a claim on your team, once you KO the victim you build a temporary claim beside him and kill the guy and forget about claim and the bond for it.
