It should perhaps be noted that "dragons are planned" doesn't mean "we have a clear roadmap for dragons which we'll reach eventually", but rather "we'd like to do this, but don't quite know just how yet".

Unless it wasn't clear enough by the interview, we don't want to implement dragons just for them to become "another mob".
