I'm sitting at 35 per and 44 MM, with arrows of q raging from 14 to 22 depending on bones, and I can still one-shot most animals. End damage was NOT nerfed, it's just hard to reach that peak damage now, because you actually need to fill the aim bar to do the same damage as before.

lol I didn't realize there was a correct way to "contribute" to a whine thread.

Hunting with archery has been too OP since beginning, I'm glad it got nerfed, just seems silly to me that you would cry about not being able to kill everything in 1 shot.

Welcome to H&H archery. Most players can barely tolerate it's existence and the devs don't care much for it either. I think it's meant as a secondary skill.

he was spreading bullshit with an aggressive tone.
the only things that changed for hunting is you can't solo bear anymore like they were nothing
(dear are a problem if you have low quality stuff too , but I welcome the change , shit was way too easy)

I really don't get how you guys have trouble hunting.. I killed like 30 animals today alone, and I only have like 17 mm and a quality 13 bow.

You're pretty much screwed if you get caught by someone right now as far as I can see. You can't put any moves up while moving away. If you don't have a perfectly full energy bar when they find you and they do, they will catch you and have IP for the fight.

If you don't get caught, insta porting home is the best option.

Try aiming for longer times, lol. Let the bar fill all the way up- Also use bone arrows. Stone arrows are trash.


Again, what I was saying was that before the patch, I could easily ditch out 140~ damage with 75% filled
now I hardly do 30~ with it 60-75% filled, I dunno if it's just me but it feels like my bows became useless. I have marksman 8 and use stone arrows (Ql 7) and bow Ql 6, which was way fine before the patch.

Just the ability to target different things, like legs, heart, neck etc. would help a lot.
