Doesn't seem so. I chain studied them for like 24 hours.

This can be done by adjusting current curios to fill in the LP gaps until high quality crafted curios show up, too. Foraged curios should be an early to mid game thing, though, not the be all and end all of LP gain.

The best way to find a FATE curio is to not look for it. Make sure you have some pokebal... *ahem*... inventory space reserved if you found that special something.

What I'd like to know is; From what I understand, Fate curios seem to have some sort of "cooldown" timer until you can find another one (% chance?).

Ive NEVER seen a Edel or Flotsam, But I've found Bluebells and Bolettes.

If I find a Bolette, would it start the "cooldown timer" until I can find another fate? If I dont pick up this Bolette, would it mean I have a higher chance of finding a bluebell in a swamp?

Jorb won't tell us. He says there is strictly speaking no luck invovled in finding one at all though (so no percentage probably).

Im inclined to believe that there is a timer on them. It seems 3-5 days after finding a bluebell, I'd find another. Since Bolettes are more or less shit, i wont pick the next one I see up and see if that'll impact my FATE curios.

Maybe the fate system for curios is like hunger for FEPs. The less you play and the less curios you use the higher is your chance to find fate curios. But if it really is like that then it would be easily abusable with alts

Definitely more complex than that. Alts are useless at finding fated stuff.

Would be humorous if loftar actually took the concept of fate from my signature.
