It felt more like Legacy haven than Hafen, but still sort of applies.
Some friends and I started up at a world reset, randomly spawning out in the wilderness as per the norm and trying to find each other. I came across a road, a very old road (grass coming up through some of the pavement) that seemed very jagged and uneven - possibly made in world gen rather than from players. Another friend came across a cabin with no real signs of life, but with a very poor quality metal axe in a cupboard. We started getting closer (two of my friends had found the road as well, and began following it toward my arrow), when I came across something kind of odd. There was a little peninsula going into a lake beside the road with markings on it, some paved spots, and a partially started wall. I moved in to investigate and it turned out to be construction signs - but not. They didn't look like the wooden construction signs but came up as them when right clicked. The materials were pretty typical... Mostly. Some required string, others glass, torches, lots of stone, hell the Docks even had 'boat building' listed in the building materials while the stables required a bunch of straw - separate from the thatching.
On the peninsula there was:
Lake House
Perimeter
Docks
Temple
Cellar
Granary
with a small road leading back to the main road.
To the east of this was a similar area right up against the road, and right on the shore of the lake;
Trade Post
Stables
Bunker
Smoke house
I told my friends over skype that we'd found home. Confused, they continued to me. Along the way one had found a pair of leather boots in an old stump, another found an abandoned house with a leather backpack. Random little goodie bags on world gen, I guess. By the time they got to me I'd already set up our camp between the two 'construction zones' and started bringing in logs to work on the trade post. When the friend who'd found the metal axe finally arrived he tore through the logs, the rest of us scooping up the pitiful 3 QL blocks the poor quality metal axe was pumping out - good enough for construction!
After about close to three hours of work the 'Trade Post' was done, and it looked awesome. There was no way it was something someone just placed, it melded with landscape too perfectly. It looked almost like a Stonestead except it was very apparent it had 2 stories (windows on the second floor), a chimney, and an attic, with a covered porch that wrapped around the left side like an L. The inside was a sight to see! The first floor had a fire place in the middle back, and there was a long counter on the east wall with a... Door? There was a door behind it that lead to a little room off to the side (same area, mind. no transition) with stairs going down. Like a little shop, I guess. Upstairs was really cool too!

When we finished it two more construction zones appeared beside it - 'The Well' and 'Windmill'...? The difference with these was that they were smaller, and had a dashed line pointing to the other whenever you opened the construction window.
Turned out that it looked something like this.

Once we finished the Trade Post we moved into it for the time being while we started on the rest of the area, with everyone super excited to see what was coming next.
That was as far as I'd gotten in the dream before I woke up, sadly.
