the topic is "influential people in the community", i see no reason to exclude them from the community. jorb has influenced me a lot especially when i started reading the forums here with his political views and what pvp and sandbox means and all. loftar has influenced me a lot in linguistics, anime, history, and countless other trivial stuff and i often end up making others bored for chatting something they are not at all interested in.

(ive realized i had left out quite a few in my list, but meh, since this is nothing about popularity contest, ill just leave them. im sorry to those unmentioned.)
