Most of my life I've grown food, canned and preserved. I've made my own sausage and butchered and sliced meats. I had a career in baking and confections.

I work a stupid amount of time for very little results. And when I'm done, I drink a copious amount of tea.

Also, I'm enjoying it.

Had Bats Invade My Home
Cleaned, Combed, Spun, and Woven Wool
Prepared most things on the HnH menu (Or some variety thereof) Other than Oysters/Mussels (Fuckin' Gross)
Done Leatherworking
Woodworking
Made a Knive
Used a Stone Axe
Built a Shelter from Branches, Boughs, And "Stringy Taproots" (Cedar Roots in this case)
Chopped Down a Tree
Made Cone Cows
Worked With Clay (Made a Jar)
Specifically discovered the deliciousness of Chantrelles because of HnH
Ridden in a covered Wagon
Ridden a Horse
Killed a rabbit: Then skinned and tanned it's hide, eaten it's flesh
Raised Chickens: Killed, Plucked, Butchered, Eaten them
Turned a Chick into a Bloody Mess: (Ooops... Under my tire)
Built Furniture
Built a Campfire
Made a Torch

A whole bunch of other things I'm not thinking of right now.

I do reverse base jumping. I find the tallest cliffs in the world, stand at the very bottom, and leap to the top in a single bound...then spend half an hour trying to pull myself over the edge.

1. I go out and pick red berries off the ground and eat them.
2. I bake meat pies.
3. I shoot random helpless foxes, put there hides on a drying frame, eat there meat and make arrows out of there bones.
4. I leap 50 foot cliffs and carry a 1,000 pound log.
5. I grow hemp and tobacco.
6. I smoke herbs. *cues annoying loud airhorn sound*
7.I give seeds, nettle clothing and birch bark backpacks to everyone i see.
8. I wear a cloak made of ash.
9. I punch ants to death and take there babies.
10. I stare at flowers and bugs for hours on end.
11. I get my butt kicked by wild boars.
12. I make wine and beer.
13. I ran around buck naked. (a while ago)
14. I murdered someone.

I thought this thread was supposed to be about things in rl that Haven made you start doing or take up, not just the things from it that we do anyway ... lol, only there are tons of things in haven we do anyway, or have done. I've even built a tower in rl.

Admittedly it was out of leggo .....

... I was directing that at everyone, not just at you. And, no, I didn't get a photo, it was a few years ago now, I was probably about seven, lol.
