you seem like a reasonable person so why were you so opposed to bear saving high q items to raise q overall? i mean i understand that's not the way you want to play but how come you have issues with him playing that way?

You may have mistook me for Cyd in the story. I was living with Bearcub at the end of world8 and had plans to move in with Cyd and co. In world9, so I ended up asking if Bearcub could cone along. Since I get along with both of them I may have been naive in thinking they would get along amongst themselves. Ah well, I'm not one for forum drama so I'll let the other people involved discuss it amongst themselves unless prompted to participate more.

In hindsight I should have just took away permissions, put him on probation, and sent him on his way when I could. The big concern is that he would do exactly this (post giving away our location and demonizing us). Lach told us (after the fact) that he said he would not do this, I guess Bearcub lied about that. Either way I am still on good terms with Lach. I admit I was too rash, but I can't change the past. I did it in the heat of the argument when I should have waited.

The only thing I took from the mining stuff was the cat gold. I made sure we had higher quality stone before using it. He had plenty of stuff to q grind, he was pretty much in charge of everything related to smithing.
