Nope. That will simply give error message that you have no HF.
Total misplay.

Destroy hf, logout inside a cupboard, log in again, poof, you are in the wilderness.

Next time make alts, have one of them hold the master key and only log it on when you really need it. Then have more alt to hold extra slave keys. This is the only work around you can do it's not pretty but just game mechanic.

For now I would suggest other's posts, break hf and spawn in the wilderness if you want to keep playing your main char.

1: why didn't you have your key on an alt vualt?
2: why didn't you make spare keys?
3: why did you wait for the palisade to harden before trying to get out?
4: if someone had been in your base why wouldn't you change the keys just in case they made a spare to get in.
5:why didn't you have alts outside to bash your wall just in case this happened?

Seriously there are ways to avoid griefing. I understand that your new but don't think that griefing is easy in this game because there are many ways around it.

winter, you are an IDIOT you have no one to blame for this but yourself. i cant believe you came to the forums and expected no one to laugh at how retarded you are. perhaps you could have found some help if you had admitted that you dun goofed. but to ignore that and pretend like locking yourself in your own palisade aint no big thang? as if anyone would do it?

and yeah, you can bash a fresh pali, with a stone axe and like 11 strength i had to knock down 4 gates of my own palisade and rebuild them. (my buddy goofed and made the gates face the wrong direction, sure we could get out, but only with the master key.) me and a friend succeeded in knocking down 4 gates in time, thats 2 each. you could have handled one section of a wall, then you could have built a new gate and actually held onto this key, you also could have build more palisade around the gate that you lost the key to, making it inaccessible.

if nothing else, you fail was good for laughs. though i dont believe you'll read this anytime soon. im sure your dumb overly sensitive ass just went back to farmville or sum shit.
Newbie and noob do not mean the same thing.

Neither do figuratively and literally.

No need to be so rude......... but yes i agree there were many ways he could have countered this. If you are reading this. Just make an alt and give him the key and keep him logged off.

Next time you build a palisade, you won't make the same mistake. An important attitude you need to remember while playing is that someone WILL - not might - destroy everything you worked on the moment you slip up. Plan accordingly, and don't take it to heart. The time you spent playing wasn't wasted, now you're better and more experienced for the next time.

You say this as if any of this is obvious to a new player.

OHHHH I need to create a separate character to hold my keys
