A.) I don't think superior beings would discriminate against someone like that.

Alien also can be used to describe creatures taht are not from the earth this is the most common way alien is used so i am surprised you do not know it your english teacher must have been subpar

What are you even talking about? They'd have to be superior if they were to even to make contact with us. There's no way they could have similar or worse technology than us and make contact. I don't think the police would really be able to stop them even if they wanted to.
