Autostudy isn't simple bot imho
It gives you a great advantage because you can study mirkwoods even when you're sleeping

you still haveto keep your char logged in though. which can be dangerous in of itself. as well as you are just afk. so hopefully the lack of getting experience points Should not really allow this to work.

Right?

To express that others are doing it, hoping more jump on the bandwagon. If no one was posting their contribution, it'd look like a waste of time and less people would follow suit.

Thanks everyone! :D I really appreciate all the support and the fact that this has been positively received!

We're close to 100 people now, so statistics are more and more starting to look like actual information. :D Let's keep it up.

... and that makes a lot of sense (I really didn't think about why people reply saying they've participated) :) thanks for helping out :P

Is there a set time or submission count you'll wait on before releasing information?

I don't really have an aim (in time), I think I'll wait the next week to see if we can get numbers a bit higher (I was thinking that between 150-200 answers, if possible, would be perfect as it would represent almost half of the population on current peak times) although that's relative considering the overall population... I don't expect to achieve that much, however, so we'll see...
Very specific groups have been responding so far, I know there are active communities in Japan, Russia and Korea and so far they're kind of a small minority in the answers (most are from US/Europe) so I'm sure that, given time, the Census will reach more population. :D

After that, I'll make my own analysis of the data and publish it here :D
I'll also make the overall results available (through that analysis) for anyone that wants them and make that full report available/accessible to Jorb & Loftar if they wish. But as for when is that happening, I'm not sure yet... :( My best guess is somewhere between the start of next week and the next weekend, but we'll see how things go :D

I don't want to "release" much information right now, however, as it's considered "harmful" to this kind of experiment to "publicize" results while data is still being collected. It might alter/influence future answers.

Also, I think, you should've tried to go multilingual with this survey, 'cause - for example - as far as I know most of russian-speaking players don't even bother to visit this forum, being... bilingually impaired. Could have advertised that on other H&H-related resources to get more people to participate.
