Greatest majesty of words. This is very clever horror story. If everyone is quit, then who is scavenger?

I've joined Legacy Haven when World 7 was very, very dead and I've had quite a lot of fun just by boating for a few hours straight, then wandering the ruins of long-forgotten settlements, reading runestones and making stories for myself and my friends on social media about what happened there. Every now and then I'd discover something valuable to bring back home. I guess that can be considered "scavenging", and that's why I believe the world that exists for too long would be exactly like that: a decaying, abandoned ruin with scavengers shuffling through the remains of once-glorious empires.

Once combat is released and then adjusted with feedback I imagine they will reset the world. If for no other reason there have been enough significant changes to warrant it. However Combat refinement will probably take a month or two at least.

I think if floating point update is nearing it's release they might add that too, to test it on a live server and whatnot. Then, yes, reset please.

I think object control objects is most logic point for reset. If they are to remove prefab building and instead have players building some structure with the wall tiles that will be very large changing.

I have become victory of very nice Jordan Coles Contest! Enjoy my winning submit here if it pleasures you.

A fair point, I agree. But:

So I believe it will take a lot more time to implement OCO after the FP is implemented, so, and I'm being pessimistically realistic here, we won't get that until W11.

I think yes it will take time, but I think this world is not being reset soon.

Combat changes won't resolve the major issue of the game getting boring in 3 months of time after the start of a new world.
Something should draw more people in as the game progresses.

Hahaha. You guys are talking about a reset already? Hahahahahahaha.

Seriously though there is no end-game. I mean there could have been, if terraforming and paving wasn't such a giant pain in the ass. Yes thank you for the dirtpile update but it's still a pita. Oh god the inventory management. The quarrying. I would have build roads from one side of the server to the other if it was less painful. Seriously why does terraforming have to be torture. Is it a nature preservation thing? Does it negatively affect server performance?

We were promised bridges!
