World 6 was my favorite. I to find it interesting to hear the chorus call for a return to what so many thought was broken. :) I still say I wanted world 6 with improvements more than a new start. The 3d is pretty but I still prefer the old game better. My hopes are they can reclaim some of the charm that I enjoyed. For now I'm not enjoying the new version near as much. Still I hold our hope.

LOTRO (lord of the rings online) the % of assholes is pretty low, i think it is because the average player is older than in other games im 25 and i was in the low end on my kinship.

From the numbers I've seen, EVE Online has the highest average user age of any MMO (25 or 26 last report I saw), though I'll be honest in that I haven't seen anything about LOTRO published, it's likely around the same as every other major game: 23-24, and might be lower since it went f2p. Turbine doesn't put up with a lot of crap, and the game is grindy as hell if you don't spend on coins or expansions.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

yeah its grindy as hell, on my kin age range was 15-60 but most people were around 28 to low 30s. i think maybe is not so full of shitty people because it has almost no pvp worst thing i saw was some dude from kin scamming people and that was VERY rare. overall if you don't like lord of the rings the game kind of sucks, especially the last couple of maps/regions/areas whatever are poorly done 3 or 4 kinmates have really nice rigs and even they were having shitty frame rates, crashes and stuff like that.

In my opinion, there should be two servers, legacy haven(w7) and hafen then we would see where most people will be playing. For me, the best was w7 because the system combat was really cool, it wasn't lagging, a the map wasn't that huge like on w6. They should develop legacy haven, they 2D graphics gave all players climate which they enjoy. Personally i miss old good legacy haven, i got like 25 people who will start playing again legacy haven. Hafen is already deadgame (130 hearthlings), on w6 with terrible lags there were more players XDDD [*]
But our developers don't understand that and don't listening their community.
