if you want to know why no Sanders, keep an eye to last 6-8 years of Us politics with Israel, then look at the last months and tell me back if you can't find why, knowing that Sanders is Jew. You now may know why Sanders retired and endorsed Hillary instead keep fighting.
Also, is so bad to interfere with russians now because "hey, is a preventive hacking": sounds like someone is searching for conflict with Russia just because of this election...

The closest viable thing we have to that are the Libertarians. I'll note that there is a "Constitution Party," but it's like a half dozen guys hanging out in a bar. Compare to the Libertarian party who has gotten more than 5% of the popular vote in a presidential election in the past (1996; only an independent has gotten higher since Lincoln was elected in 1860). I'll also note that there is a section of the GOP that is pushing to go back to the core Constitution, but from what I've read about what they want to do, they really haven't read the Constitution, let alone any of the history and biographies of the Framers.

I'll also remind certain people here that a certain major political parties in the modern US were once the third party. If people hadn't voted for them back then, we wouldn't even know who they were today, and would have been another decade or two freeing the slaves... if we even had a civil war (who knows... South might have seceded and no war broke out because there wasn't someone there to try to hold the federal government together.)

Voting for a 3rd party is never throwing away your vote. At worst you're expressing dissatisfaction with the major candidates, which is a good thing. At best, you're helping usher in a new era of politics, which is a great thing when you're helping new ways of thinking grow. I'll put a reminder here that Johnson was running well over 10% in the polls this summer. It wasn't as good as Perot was in 1992 (he was close to 20% of the polls at the time, but ended up getting less than 10% of the popular vote at election time if I recall right... would have to check numbers).

I'd also like to remind everyone of the definition of "Fascist." At what point do political parties all voting the same way together become an effectively dictatorial process?

If some man say to me ''hand me knife and I am stabbing you with it,'' even if he have no intention to stab me actual, is it good idea to hand him knife?

Are you a part of the wealthiest 10% in the US? If not, I've not seen a tax plan one that would raise taxes on you from any Democratic politician in recent memory. And to note, paying taxes is a civil duty as long as you demand certain services from the government. All the polls and interviews show everyone wants to pay less taxes, but they don't want to give up the military, social security, medicare, welfare, police, fire, national parks... whatever pet thing they like about the government, anyway. Should I go on?

And if you do happen to be in that top echelon of earners, then odds are you aren't paying your equal share. Don't anyone give that lame ass argument about job creation and wealth creation, either, as neither of those happen from the top 10%. Most of that happens from the middle and working classes when they spend and create new businesses. No, I'm not for going back to Eisenhower level taxes on the wealthy, but we need to at least get tax collection back to what it was under Clinton in the 90s. (Actually needs to be higher to pay for Social Security if we want it to remain viable until the Baby Boomers quit collecting... SS would be fine if it had been treated as a retirement plan and not a tax base in the 60s-80s.)

Have you watched his speeches? I don't even speak German and I get pumped.
I can only imagine coming out of the destitution of WWI and the following economic depression, I'm sure people were willing to listen to anything.

By wealth? Definite not.
MagicManICT wrote:If not, I've not seen a tax plan one that would raise taxes on you from any Democratic politician in recent memory.

Maybe we can look at Sanders's plan? The candidate I was talks about:
Current 2016 US Income Tax Brackets:

Proposed Sanders Income Tax Brackets:

You will notice that for mortal incomes like what I am having, relevant brackets are same size. But what is? It seem percent is all higher! Wow the communist want to steal my money! Haha what shocking!
MagicManICT wrote:And to note, paying taxes is a civil duty as long as you demand certain services from the government.

So I give you service value at $10 and that justify me tax you $100? You enjoy my service, after all.

My personal opinion is not informed by what is popular. Do not look at a poll and pretend to know my thinking.

Please stop try to spread disinformation.

The "I should keep my money but the government is taking it" argument that you bring up is a weak argument against Socialism/Communism. Yes, while it's true, to those preaching it that's the whole point. It's "worth it," they would say or something similar.

I could not be more against Socialism or Communism, but your argument is a common one and a weak one.

Politicians are politicians. The same form of corruption happens here as well. It's naive to believe Trump isn't corrupt, less corrupt perhaps.

I am sure it is weak to compel those who want it to my side. I do not interest in compelling them. Politic is hard because there is no clear objective best strategy. If any man tries hard enough to belief in his position, you will not sway him. I do not bother with this.
