The headaches I do receive, I tend to relieve them most of them time utilizing a few pressure points at the back of my neck. Unfortunately those are the only pressure points that I know.

The ones I cannot relieve is sleep deprivation, other than actually getting rest (which may or may not be possible), and going without a shower for more than 24 hours. Hairspray also causes minor headaches for me for some reason as well.

I used to get some killer migraines when I was a kid, but that's because I would sit in a dark room in front of a bright computer screen for 12+ hours.

I still get headaches every 3-4 weeks as an adult, but its uaully after staring at a computer screen for literal hours.

I would probably be dead if it werent for ibuprofen.

Speaking of which, for someone that spends a long time sitting in front of a laptop. My eyesight is still pretty decent. 20/20 so far. Almost all of my relatives and friends require glasses or contacts.

Same. Especially strange because both my parents need glasses and first got eye problems at my age.
Total misplay.

If sitting in front of a computer ruins your eyesight, it's the lack of "exercise" of the muscles around the lens. Much like exercising other muscles, it doesn't take much doing focusing exercises a few times a day to keep them functioning well. (Eye strain is a common cause of headaches in office workers, though.)

This might indeed be a problem.
Issue is that human body is not "designed" for anything that people do these days.

I play alot of games that require alot of eye movement. Does that help? :|

No. The muscles he refers to an the ones which sqeeze and compress the lens in the eye to adjust their focal length.

Just open a window and focus on things at differing distances to exercise them.

Unless you're a laborer or farmer, yeah, you're quite right. Then again, doing physical labor 10 hours a day is just as hard on the body as sitting at a desk that long. The symptoms are different, though, and are considered "a part of aging"--muscle strains, arthritis, etc.--because this is traditionally how we've grown old. The big difference is laborers generally aren't overweight, which is a very severe problem compared to other issues.
