I recommend doctor. Though pain in kidney area can also be just muscle pain, which in turn can make u end up vomiting.

i took a hot relaxing bath but started to feel urge to vomit again and i gotten very strong vomiting reflex accompanied by a ultra powerful abdomen muscle crap (like all my muscles tightened as much as they can) but i didnt actually vomit

now i feel craving for something sweet

maybe it can be really a liver problem since i take some medicine (and sometimes i foolishly drink with it but not in ultra huge amounts )or maybe some sort of stomach flu since i used to feel nasenous and had trouble eating like 2 weeks ago but it eventually gone and i thought its a side effect of my treatment anyway

It's most likely nothing serious. Sometimes mild loin pain can be a result of insufficient water intake and the vomiting MAY be unrelated. You could have food poisoning because you don't always wash your hands.

Highly recommend lots of good clean water and low toxin foods. If your symptoms haven't disappeared overnight or you get additional symptoms I strongly suggest that you spend the money on a doctor appointment. We all know you're rich.

If you're still sick and haven't seen a doctor after two nights then sorry man but you're probably going to die so that money you're hoarding won't be good for much.
