It could use opaque windows/doors, unless you actively peek through them (or get within a very few tiles of them, causing the area on the other side to be loaded only then).

Yurts and nomadic tents,
Storage houses(Huge container/house that you cant get inside only right click like cupboard),
Barn(works like chicken coops for animals. it will increase fps for bases with loots of animals.),

Stone/Metal Statues about animals,player models,and art.

And houses with diffrent models/sizes.

Could only load if you open the door and are within 3 tiles?
