Isn't salems population quite similar to Havens? Last time I checked, they were even.

I'd like to know where you got the data for salem's population. They don't show how many active users are on at any given time.

I was generally using (Active users per day)/2 from the status page as a general comparison method (12 hours - 12 hours), but that might not be very accurate as I'd assume similar to Haven, most people would barrage a ton of alts and also a lot of said population would probably be small time logins to make sure shit around them isn't fucked.
Also took the fact that Salem forums have around 5~10 people more on average online, but as shown before, most of them are probably just using it as a board for discussing politics and probably also haven't touched Salem in eons.

And I'm not quite certain whether Haven reports hearthlings playing per IP or per account.

Precise answer: I didn't.

It doesn't, in general. Loftar hasn't given specifics, but if a guy is running a dozen clients, it only shows as one person.

Pretty sure I've said it multiple times already, but it counts accounts logged in. :)

Also, for public interest, the corresponding figures for daily/weekly/monthly users at this time are roughy 1300, 2500 and 4800, respectively.

And how many of them are verified/subscribed?

For me it's not about active players, but about updates and game-as-project progress. I know it's not cool, but i can't do anything with myself: if i don't see updates and don't get new content, i'm getting bored pretty fast. Lol, even if i can't eat the content game already have.

Would be interesting to know how many subs and verified accounts there are, they've not given this in the past.

Seems more than a few around here are this way.

To be honest, even if my accounts aren't subbed I've bought them for my friends. I love this game and enjoy watching its progression. So even if I'm not playing directly, I enjoy encouraging my friends that do.

Haven is a wonderfully unique game, and I hope more people appreciate the niche that it fills.
