My point being ... they were introduced for a specific reason, which I quite like, however they are not effective for that purpose as I've said at least twice now and others in this thread have also said, on top of that, the higher tier players also have issues with them as outlined by DDDsDD999 ... therefore the answer is simply to rework them or to remove them completely.
It's pointless arguing with me over why they were introduced and their purpose, that is something you need to address to Jorb.

Point: nidbanes were introduced to exact vengeance over player killers and thieves because often there's no way for a underdeveloped player to protect himself against them, so the point was, if you do bad things, you're subjected to justice in form of nidbanes. This is a fact, not an opinion.

Actually, the mechanics are just not helping, and the emerging game made them useable to do a thing way different than intended, and not even working at all as intended. This is wrong and must be addressed by fixing the feature, not removing it.
