Seems pretty possible to make a fairly reliable gun using mostly 3D printed parts.
The thing about not being able to get bullets does make it harder, but I don't live in America so I'm asking, how common is it to find bullets in a person's home? Or in the glovebox of a car(?)
Depends how careless people are. I had a like 2 shells rolling around in my passenger seat for a month or two. My grandpa had a few shotgun shells in the back of his truck for ages. Other than that, I've never really seen loose ammo sitting in a car.
But honestly, I don't think anyone is going to go through the effort of 3d printing a gun to shoot up a school, it's more of an enthusiast hobby. Making improvised explosive devices is a million times easier and more effective. All you need is like high school chemistry or google. inb4 cia watchlist, use TOR. Also, true Patriots measure their freedom by the number of government watchlists they're on.
