But it would not be a stream if it was just a video recording.
The stream is live yet again, with improved quality of video and audio!
What was causing the audio problem Shubla?
No idea what caused it, though it could be that OBS was prioritizing video over audio sometimes, causing suttering. My new setup is very fancy.
The main computer captures 16 000 kbit/s stream captured and edited by OBS using NVENC, thus causing next to none performance impact on the CPU.
Then the stream is sent to another computer via RTMP that has nginx running to handle sending and receiving of things. The another computer transcodes the 16 000 kbit/s NVENC stream into x264 3500kbit/s stream with FFmpeg, and then streams the result to twitch servers. Took a while to get FFmpeg arguments not to suck, but I think they are decent now.
This of course, comes with a few disadvantages. Or one actually. Delay.
When streamed straight from the computer where HnH is played, the delay on the stream was about 8 seconds. Now it is a lot, lot more. But I guess that a non-suttering video and audio are worth it.
I am sure that the delay could be made smaller by some means, but I dont see a point in doing that.
