So, better answer was given to me briefly is:
The map is composed in multiple islands, where the majority are only PvE, then there are some PvP and some, that honestly I haven't understood that well, are kinda kingdoms dedicated islands, where you can make raids or attack them but there is in place also some kind of buffs system where the citiziens of the kingdom that live in that island have and stuff like that .... probably some kind of allignment too, not sure.
So, in the pvp island I think that a clan can dominate the whole island no prob, but also how the game is space out, how it actually works prevents that to happen ... also there are stuff in between like lockpicking, while destroying buildings is very expensive.
This, what I understood, more or less, also people looks like to agree that the game is balanced pretty well.

I think it's because the game is sooo much slower and tedious, it's just not worth the effort. Imagine if you had to sit outside someone's palisade for a week trying to pclaim something. You probably get run off. Oh, and the pclaim costs real monies.
