For real, there has been roughly 10 genocides in history that we know about that have had death tolls in the millions.

Not only did the Atlanti slave trade ALSO have death tolls in the millions, but it also had 10+ million displaced, sold, tortured and treated like animals for their entire life, then their entire children's lives and so on.

I would personally rather be executed rather than spend my entire life as a slave.
