Perhaps make the entrance inside the dungeon water? So you can row out of it

I don't like that, though. I like that you can stash the boat inside while you delve deeper.

Small patch of land infront of this dungeon can solve all problems. Literally 1 tile is enough. So you can take boat with you and leave dung with it.

That would work, too.

Not to put a hole in the suggestion, but lodge entrances are usually below the water line and come back up in the central house area. This being a fantasy lodge and all, logic and reality don't have to apply. It's just something to think on when picking which solution to go with.
