Not at all guaranteed. I had an infected sore of 17 points, which after it kept going back and forth I soaped down to 13 points (hoping there was just some hidden mechanic where they start healing properly after getting soaped), but a week after getting the infected sore when I was finally able to apply a camomile compress, it was still at 10 points.

Of course, getting it infected does mean you can instantly heal it with soap. Just gotta find 324 chickens first to make it.

if it took three weeks to heal completely, it'd still be faster than a q10 stitch patch.
