i'm all with you. Evidence can easily be faked, and in the world of modern computers, it's even easier to do so. Yeah, there's a lot of false accusations. There's a lot of people out there that get what they deserve, too.

Don't let that false sense of morality bite you in the ass, though. I don't know what you have and haven't researched on any case, but a person wanting to wave the "he's guilty" OR "he's innocent" flag need to make sure they're waving the right flag first and done their homework.

it's called "defamation of character" and is a very hefty lawsuit. Everyone has to be media aware these days, not just celebrities. Good news is people have memories about as long as their middle finger, and after a year or two, everyone forgot about the whole thing except him, her, and their families that were involved in it. Oh, and maybe a few "social justice warriors" that want to punish people for making false accusations and jumping to conclusions based on lack of evidence.

The court of public opinion is where men receive most of their figurative hangings and in that regard it's clear most have decided upon his guilt, this is both good and bad. Good because people who get away with doing bad things are still receiving a punishment of sorts, like the inability to be hired by any decent employer. Bad because innocent people are also victims of this mentality. It's the way of the world at the moment.

I thought there was a saying. It's better to let 10 criminals go free than punish 1 innocent man. However now it seems every man gets punished just for being accused without evidence. Clown world fiesta
