In Rust I can roam for 5 mins and get into a fun fight. How long do you sit outside of a village to get a fight? And what percentage of your playtime can you actually dedicate to PvP? In Rust I do half an hour of farming and I'm set for a full day of PvP.

I have full killed top stated chars with gaytraps using only chars in bplates with nearly no stats. I've seen top stated early world fighters drowned by fresh alts on dugouts. People love to not even try then say it's impossible. The people not even wanting to try part is the problem. Fix that.

Posts like this are why you're looked at as a retard. Because nothing you said is meaningful, nothing. You being able to gay trap people, is not something new players can do, or even if they could, doesn't make the current system functional, or enjoyable to new players. It contributes nothing to this conversation or topic.

Sit down and actually think "What does me saying I can do this with my 10+ years of meta knowledge" mean in a thread about this systems not being functional or fun for new players? Nothing, not a single thing you said in this thread refutes any points what so ever, you wandered in said "I can do this and that, and actually losing things means nothing to me". Wow good job you contributed nothing except a prime example we can point to, as someone wholly out of touch when it comes to the topic of new player retention in a game that does, regardless of your beliefs need it.

PVP on a player to player level is almost a red herring. This game has been streamlined over the years for a small group that considers the casual player base to be equivalent to mobs. It is talked about openly. The few large groups that have been around forever, form realms, and play a different game amongst themselves. There is no community building in this game, noone even pretends to any more. Some in denial(or cahoots) want to claim that clear warnings will bring people in and keep them here. Players and groups of players spend months building and progressing in this game and have it destroyed in minutes or a day. These players quickly realize that they are just resources. Why would anyone stay for that?

I'm pretty sure he spends more time in the game in a day or 2 than most of people can spend in a week regulary, so he's talking quite alot of bullshit. Traps lmao.

new player on default client must be like a newborn adult
it works for 15min, like a interactive experiment, if you machine can handle
the old-school silhouette when your player is hidden would help a lot

Haha, lol. Just wait and see how it will be ignored again. Well, not ignored per se, just will be added to that shit social study, Jorb is performing on this group of people without any significant changes.

the only thing that differ this game from other sandbox mmo pvp games is the strange delusion most of the community has that its not a sandbox mmo pvp game

maybe its the stardew valley vibes u get from thsi game or something idk, Its really hard to understand why people go to a pvp game then go "damn it! if only it wasnt a pvp game!" you dont really see that in other games like this

and then you get the melodramatic pearl clutchers like kaois acting as though the community is somehow bad or toxic because they play the pvp game as a pvp game, always makes me laugh when ppl start talking about morality on this forum

I think 90% of these negative reviews couldve saved their own time by understanding what type of game haven is before playing it, maybe "full loot PvP" need to be in description or something clearly ppl are getting the wrong idea, but I guess it probably wont help if this forum is any indicator because half u guys been here forever and still havent figured it out
