Do you really think Trump is going to make Mexico pay for anything? Who is going to build that wall even if he is elected? I guess it likely depends on whether or not some corporation would be willing to violate human rights and civil liberties to that extent and take the brunt of the criticism for designing and building a bigger Berlin Wall of which I don't think there are too many willing to face lawsuits for years to come.

It was me that said that you quoted the wrong person and his proposals don't matter because it's an enormous waste of money and effort regardless. The United States and Mexico are supposed to be at "peace" with each other, the process for crossing the border legally is already there and used by millions of documented immigrants and the other several million of undocumented immigrants are already across the border (a number which has also been dropping because there are actually more coming in legally now or gaining their citizenship).
