The area between Russia and Turkey is a mess. Not really Russia's fault. How can you integrate nation states determined to keep killing each other. The stahns are more stable.

The blood and tears of 12,000 dead Russians has summoned me.

Russian soldiers in the real world are just as shitty as the AD warriors were during the Sodom-AD War.

Soldiers from many different countries, including the US, are operating in Ukraine on either a volunteer or contract basis currently. 14 may be accurate, or even low.
Additionally, 3 out of 20 of the Russian major generals have been killed on the ground in the first two weeks of the conflict, at least one confirmed killed by sniper fire while in his military encampment. It seems likely to me that with a 15% fatality rate for Russia's major generals, there are some skilled units being fed intelligence on the field.

It's odd you say that.

The US just passed a Bill to send about 14 Billion Dollars to Ukraine.

But you know, the US is evil and they need to toss their cars into the ocean or something. Just get rid of them. And stop allowing other nations the freedom to sell their resources to the US/West at prices their free markets permit.

Maybe the Finns can chip in but, you know, in a greener way. Maybe you all can march along the Russian/Ukrainian border holding hands and stop this madness and bloodshed. Show Ukraine and the world that you truly do care... but in a greener and less capitalistic way.

If there's anything to be learned from the US's historical use of "generosity";
It always comes with strings attached.
The recipients are always far too eager to accept this "generosity" AND those strings.
Far too many on the sidelines stay on the sidelines and simply watch these "generous" acts unfold without actively getting involved. Then bitch about how evil the US is when it comes time to start tugging back on those strings.

Hadfield is repeating much of the now very old New Age religious/science fusion philosophy. Westerners have been trying to fuse Christian and Buddhist theology since forever. Nothing wrong with it. The problem is people watch videos like the one you linked and then spout the fusion-slogans while not adopting the philosophy itself. The 1960's hippy shitheads spouted the very same slogans, smoked a couple joints and then joined a Wall Street brokerage to get rich. Monkish poverty was not an attractive option. The Hadfield video and some of his other work was financed by the Templeton Foundation. John Templeton got filthy rich by playing the stock market. Nothing is more capitalist than trading stock or engaging in currency speculation. I thought for a minute you finally got past the tiresome CAPITALIST PIG!! FILTHY KULAK WRECKER! Leninist-Maoist sloganeering.

But none of this applies to Ukraine. Because war is part of our DNA.
