Gunman dead, two injured after shooting at Great Mills High School in Maryland

Great, the school resource officer shot him. Now the "guns for teachers" thing will be in full force everywhere forever

Inb4 Trump tweets about it and this incident is used as leverage in debates for the next 15 years

If we just exterminated all humans, we wouldn't have this problem!!! People kill people!
“We still, alas, cannot forestall it-
This dreadful ailment's heavy toll;
The spleen is what the English call it,
We call it simply, Russian soul.”

An idea to consider: Tedium, a Feature.

You do realize that the School Resource Officer is a cop that's actually stationed at the school and not an armed teacher, right? Most schools here in the states have one. Even the school that got shot up in Florida recently had one, but for some reason he decided to go against department policy and not stop an active shooter and instead waited for back up that stood around outside with him while the shooting continued. It took officers from another department to come in and clear the school room by room. One officer from a neighboring county was already at the school in an off duty capacity doing volunteer work. Here's what he did when he heard the gunshots.

Reads eerily similar to an episode of Black mirror focused on ratings given to people by a social media app.

S3E1 if you have Netflix and haven't seen it. It's anthological so feel free to skip around.

Looks like improper gun discipline and also argument against people handling guns without proper education and if they are impaired with lack of awareness at all times.

Also finger on a trigger. Lol.

I think that was by design. At least it seems obvious to me. Anyone that has that level of skill with art doesn't do things obliviously.
