I've been reluctant to post pics, despite trying everything Ravenguard suggested, including reading the article and spending 3 hrs playing around with settings, nothing makes much difference to how haven appears to me now, I've noticed in other players screenshots that I'm not the only one with this issue. Still such is life and I guess I just have to live with it.
So, some pics ...
