This way makes things more interesting. AFAIK Russia has no cultural interest in Poland or Germany. If Russia wanted to send a message to Den Haag then this is the way I suspect they would take.

Den Haag is a long way from Finland and Sweden though and the route passes through NATO member states which would obligate NATO to deploy troops.

We will see how things play out over the next decade.

I think Russia intends to landlock Ukraine before they withdraw from greater Ukraine to ensure Ukrainian compliance in the future and make profit from shipping.

Take the fire in the training building at the nuclear power plant as a good example of how nobody knows for sure what is going on.

The photos I saw made it look like a fire had been started inside the building, close to a window, from the inside. It looked nothing like shelling damage.

Official civilian casualties are below 1k. "Suspected" to be much higher.

Both sides are using propaganda, both sides are using disinformation. Seems like a lot of media is trying to get people excited about going to war. Have fun with that.

I think it's kinda funny that global superpowers are always invading countries looking for WoMD.

It reminds me of the behaviour in Rust where people shoot nakeds because they might be carrying C4.
