I've got one, they would clutter the wound screen horrendously. They can tweak the healing speed, or the healing amount per tick to make the current wonkiness go away.

What is your design goal really in that aspect? Is it just to be as sadistic as possible to your players?
I'm sure you've elaborated before what your plans are, or perhaps not, or perhaps you don't want to ever. In any case, having some idea of the inner workers of your mind would be interesting, or catastrophic.

Sevenless wrote: Long term, fighters can gain gargantuan stats by living since world start. If perma hhp loss is in, the only way to get these fighters would be to use them extremely carefully in rare instances. Fighters in day-day fights will accumulate wounds that weaken them over time.
