Eh, cooking and trading food in exchange for whatever i lacked was fun. But those were different times. There were less murderous people, and trading was easier thanks to the RoB travel.
I doubt such a thing would be even feasible now.

It will be with highways and trading alts.

Once the devs implement a bit more protections I think public roads will be feasible.
