They loose income with bad decisions that make people that were subs stop playing.

what do you mean income? there aren't even players coming in so how do they even "earn income" unless you mean the income coming from loyal veteran players or catfished new players (which have already quit) i appreciate the new graphics but i really wish they could sell this to another company like they did with salem for the current backers.

Well you need to actually advertise to get incoming players
Word of mouth may have worked in the past but it's not enough right now

Jorbtar haven't looked into Stream greenlighting, and it would likely be hard to do because of custom clients / the shitty default client but it would definitely mean exposure

Income = donations, visual stuff (coloring shields, banners, buying hats and stuff), subscriptions

i'm sure they lost whole bunch of subs because of useless updates in last few, so they'll need to work hard to get them back. And even if they do that, this world for those that "quit" is mostly lost, cause the ones left playing are so far advanced already.
