i don't have time to play haven anymore, or any other online games for that matter, but i did find a cool single player game that does a pretty decent job of scratching the haven itch.
Balrum.
in balrum, you play a warrior, archer, or mage and then you build a farm. the similarities to haven are pretty uncanny, you can plant wheat, pumpkins, carrots and a few other things and raise pigs, cows, and chickens. you farm and craft food and feed the animals, you forage things in the forest to craft other things, you can hunt deer and bears, then you go out and adventure and solve the mystery of the missing villagers and the grand conspiracy of the ancient necromancers and blah blah blah. there's a little bit of the old "bring me 10 bear testicles" type of questing here but overall the storyline is decent. and i shit you not, when you level up you get learning points that you can spend to improve your character. the map and game screen are even offset by 45 degrees like they were in legacy.
the downsides are that leveling up is very slow, there's a little bit of balance issue between the character classes (archery seems a little bit OP and magic is weak), and the farming is one tile at a time tedious the way it was in legacy.
it's a long game too, i've had it for about 2 weeks and from what i read i'm probably through maybe 15% of the game content.
hell, it even looks a lot like old haven if you ask me:
