Ghost in the Shell SAC, Initial D, Space Dandy, Gundam Wing and a few others that I can't remember off the top of my head.

Fullmetal Alchemist was my first and favourite anime, but I have a few others.

-Cowboy Bebop
-Jojo
-Hunter x Hunter
-Avatar
-Log Horizon

As for new ones, World Trigger, Erased and Joker Game seem pretty interesting.

I haven't watched much of the crazy long ones (Well, I guess hxh and avatar count) because it's kinda intimidating going through 400-700 episodes.

That is quite a long listing for such a young gnome child!

Might like saying your favourite Western animation is Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt. (BTW, mine is actually Homestar Runner, everybody everybody!)
"...the dungeon and shackles are already at my threshold to show me here and now my eternal disgrace. Only you can work the miracle to make life possible for a soul so imperiled by doubt, O Atoner for all, exalted beyond saying." - St. Gregory of Narek, Book of Lamentations, Prayer 1.

You are much loved! Love in return!

I'm not sure how much of it you've actually watched, but consider reading the manga.
And it really is quite solid relative to the other big three, if not necessarily compared to everything else out there. And who says mindless fun is a bad thing?
