No reason for me to hate them. I have been, the country is safe, people are nice and shit is cheap.

So; tell me, why do you hate the USA any more than any other country? It's not like we're any different than yours. we're all human here, even if the establishments above us are a bit fucky sometimes.

Murder/homicide rate of US is very high. Civilians are being shot and killed by police daily and rates are one of the highest in the world. Also there is a shitton of inmates in US and more are being inprisoned all the time. Your healthcare is expensive and shitty compared to what it costs, if you are not billionaire you are totaly screwed if you get injured or sick in the US. Your strong capitalism ideology has also ruined all rights for ordinary workers, if you are sick or want some vacation from your job dont really get paid. You might have lot of universities in top scores on the lists, but your whole education system is still very shitty and inefficient. Also you have too much guns which might be reason for high amount of murders and civilians being shot by the police (Fear that the suspect might have a gun). Your people are also very obese and dont have very long estimated lifespan compared to other countries. Your economy might be great at first glance, but most of money is owned by small percentage of super rich population. Sure USA is not the WORST country in the world. But out of so called "developed countries" you actually are one of the worst, if not the worst.

If they were to ban guns in my country, i'd just buy one illegally anyways because I feel as if it's something I would need to protect myself in modern day society, where every time I go into a large city I feel like someone is going to end up mugging my ass.

And if you think your hand or shotgun is going to protect you from government if they start doing horrific things, you are mistaken. They have tanks and missiles.
