I think it is time for me to somewhat hi-jack this thread.
What was the previous dinner that was made is called spaghetti pie. Though there are many different ways to make it, I like using mostly traditional methods of making everyday meals and improve on it.
1. You make the the spaghetti and the spaghetti sauce as you normally would (I recommend italian herbs and mushrooms).
2. Take 2-3 eggs (scrambled), 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese the spaghetti pasta into a bowl and start mixing it together.
3. Put the spaghetti mix into a pie pan and use some pressure to press them to the side of the pan to make the crust.
4. Add the spaghetti sauce next to form the filling.
5. Layer the top with 1/4 cup mozzarela and (optional) 1/4 riccoto cheese.
6. Put it in the oven at 350F. It should take 45 minutes but monitor the pie so the top is golden crispy.

There is no rule that says you can't eat breakfaster for dinner 
. Also that looks like a nice meal despite you saying it is scarce.

Ironically I didn't find the time to post my dinner before work (cooking it took longer than I expected), but at least I was able to get a quick photo before consuming it within a few minutes.
I had pulled pork, needle beans and both boiled and fryed potatoes :3
