Exploration was the best for me.....i was making 100-200M with 1-2 hours trip in a trial account with a T1 frigate, Amarr magnate opposite of what people say it' s the best Explo t1 frigate...cause the 4 slot in low, more survivability with 2 warp core and 2 nano. But now with the f2p will be more people, so explo could be more tricky....maybe i could try it a bit, we'll see...my char should still have something like 1B of ISK.

I agree that exploration is quite nice. Or was, im not sure of its current state. I found some t3 cruiser blueprints on my first weeks of playing
But later I found out that you could make lot of money "without risk" easily in market.. by buying those blueprints for cheap and selling them for high.

Yeah, but limited number of trade slots for alpha accounts...

Still, make a lot of accounts, do a lot of trading, pool the isk to buy one account PLEX... scam for PLEX and pay for the other two dozen for a year in just a couple of weeks.

You know, there used to be a limit on the number of trial accounts you could make with CCP. I'm not sure if there's still going to be some limit or not to prevent this sort of ISK churning shenanigans.

The mining frigates are a viable option, pretty sure they are higher yielding than a dessie fitted with mining lazors. Not to mention that with accounts now being free you could have perhaps two or three mining frigates going while you haul on another character. Viable? Situationally.

I didn't log on for a while and was pretty excited with the expansion..

untill i heard Aura's new voice. Bah!

PS: Mining is the most boring thing there is, other then supplying your CEO of cheap ore or getting some 'startup' money, it's useless for you as an individual. Don't become a mindless afk mining drone that gets ganked on the reg.

From what I read, they're restricting free (alpha) accounts to one log in per IP, but maybe it's per computer. I'd have to double check again.

Wish they'd done a "beta" level like Turbine has where those that actively spend money or have in the past get a little better access to skills and such. Might get more of the vets that have lapsed accounts playing more actively.
