No seriously. That was an area that strived due to intensive mining during the communist era. Nowadays all mines are closed and the area is pretty much dead. Young ones flee that area and apply to college as far away as they can. Demography is going down faster than midworld Haven population.

But you got the idea - Romania = cheap fun. Big cities are not at all like the parts you have seen.

I don't think you can top our prices for drinks/food/clubs/leisure or just whatever entertainment you can think of. Also I am not saying that cheaper is better. To each his own.
