I think I've become a lot more analytical, and I spend a lot of time irl looking for "bugs" or ways to "exploit game mechanics". Sometimes I find things. Can't credit HnH alone, I've been beta testing since WoW release, mostly in sandboxes. I definitely think the game has a lot of potential for personal development, just most of that potential is underutilized by most of the community. I also think that I found HnH because it suited me, I haven't really had to adapt much to play it.

Be careful with bank robbery, man. It is considered illegal pretty much everywhere.

b4 i used 2play haven and hearth i was really strong and big and I had all the gurls and everyone was really jealous of me and my life. I used to go out to the movies all the time and with lots of gurls and we would have really loud orgies in the movies and we got kicked out but then they saw how cool I was and let me back in with all the girls so we could finish the movies and afterwards we would drive all my cars home and have more orgies until the people next door would come over and join in. but now Im a fat nerd and i live alone with my instagram account snapping pictures of my stamp collection eating Cheetos crying in my bathroom im so alone

Definitely in the top 5 of most memorable games i have played.

This game teached me to not trust my palisade house key to random strangers.
Also to fear and respect ants.

I got my boyfriend into the game. So now I have a merch robe and a q355 frying pan, but the house is knee deep in dirty laundry and washing up. I ... am still not entirely sure I regret this.

Not sure if I should  or

I think it was best said by someone else in this thread. Haven and Hearth didn't change my life, HnH was the game I was waiting my whole life for. It's an incredible experience that's raw and unforgiving, and yet provides some of the most heartwarming (and heartbreaking) experiences of any game I've ever played. The hours you pour into every little aspect makes everything mean more, and while there are things I'd certainly change if I could (I loathe fast travel of all kinds (roads and hearthing) and really wish there was a limited but sane range you could hearth home from.) overall there simply isn't anything out there that even comes close.

The community, from the greenest noob to the biggest asshole player, and of course the devs, are all amazing people who I'm happy to call friends, enemies, and acquaintances. I proselytize this game to everyone I've talked about games too (A significant portion). I realize that from now until I perish I'll always be a hearthling at heart, and I'll keep coming back here.
jorb: I don't want *your* money. You are rude and boring. Go away.
Sevenless: We already know real life has some pretty shitty game mechanics, it's why we're here instead.
Avu: The end is near it has finally come to pass: I agree with Lunarius...
Shubla: There are also other reasons to play this game than to maximize your stat gain.
