banning guns wont fix anything only thing it does is unarm the civilians, plenty of ways to get illegal guns. we live in a good time keep it that way.
see homo sexuality trending,. do not do that.

Man, that has to be one of the dumbest things I've ever read. Wow. Kudos, man. Mind = blown
Where do you buy your drugs? I'd like to try some of that.

Basically, he means avoid places with lots of diversity™.

Nah, we just think you're crazy. We still have a lot of guns in Bosnia, mostly illegal and a lot of them full auto, and we had a war relatively recently, but we don't really get these kinds of incidents. So it's not the guns, it's the Americans.

I believe the issue is rather discipline, not guns. Like, when a young american buys a gun, what kind of exposure to guns did he have until then?
Switzerland has compulsory military service with continuous reviews, and Germany also had something like that until recently, and both countries have quite a lot of guns too.

Someone earlier asked what this was about. I don't think I saw anyone post an actual answer to the topic name. In a meeting with the students from Florida in the last day or two, Trump said something about needing better protection or arms or something for staff in the school. I'm not going to go chasing a quote on it. I'm not entirely in disagreement, but the goal is to make the world safer through intelligence, not just arm everyone to the teeth.

I probably am getting a bit long winded here, so feel free to ignore me.

We're also curing cancer with aids, so.... (Using HIV as a viral vector to reprogram t-cells to attack the cancer. Early trials have already started, and just saw a news report today about a local woman who was treated with it for a terminal case of lymphoma. Made national news on NBC. It's call "CAR-T.")

Same news show had someone mentioned the response to 9/11 "resolving the issue" and the same thing needs to be done about the mass shootings. (It didn't... we've just been hyper aware and targets have been in various parts of the world other than mainland US.) Problem is you can't use the same armed response to attack an unknown enemy. These are all normal looking people for all we can tell, and if you were to automatically take away rights of those that might not look normal, you're taking away the rights of very large portions of the population without cause. Nothing can be done about it other than to try and influence the culture in the other direction. Gun loving goes back way before gangster rap, even though some people want to make that the talking point. They forget to mention all the over dramatized shootouts in the old westerns, or the romanticizing of the prohibition gangsters and their notorious acts.

I saw a report on one school that has set up this high tech defense system. All the teachers wear ID fobs that double as emergency signals. There are call boxes in each room the teacher (or anyone) can flip to "need help," "all clear," and has a medic call button. Lines have been laid into the floor with the design of the doors and windows so that everyone knows what the lines of sight are (stay behind the line, nobody can see you through the window). The doors are impregnable without penetration charges. There are hundreds of cameras in the building and all feed into the local sherrif's office. At key points there's a gas system that can be activated to disable a problem situation... Are we sending our kids to schools, or to prisons?

On this topic you first have to ask are you going to remove guns from America- Y/N? Is it even possible? Probably not. And for Republicans they definitely dont even want to.

So after establishing that there is always gonna be shit loads of guns in the country, with mentally unstable or criminal people always having that option available to them. Then you gotta ask is it safer or not to arm the good guys?

If you are wanting to shoot up a bunch of people and you walk into a school which sign would you rather see? "Warning: this school has armed guards" or "This school is a weapon free zone".

The reason you never see common sense solutions like this is because idiot lefties are always blocking realistic solutions in the hope of realizing their idealistic vision of getting rid of guns entirely. Which simply isnt going to happen. Youd probably have a Texas uprising if you tried to enforce some shit like that.
