Lets imagine that somebody would kill your child, he would also kill his own child, would that make you feel any better? I dont think so!

At the end of the day, you just have accept that most everything in the world is totally out of your control. All of the wars, the dying, the corruption, is completely out of your control and it will never be your job to fix everything. It's better not to think about all of it. Just focus on doing and being the best that you can, one day at a time.

There's no point on worrying about things that you can't change.

(And yes I am aware that I need to take my own advice)

Nice Germans helped us when others, such as Sweden, turned their backs!!
They might have burned a bit of lapland down afterwards, but who cares what they did in the sticks!

You selected the Nazi as the "good guys." Which means the Russian-Soviets are the bad guys? Why do you hate Russians?
And it's all Sweden's fault now? You mean Sweden is a Bad Country? How very convenient for you. Say, having just knifed the Russians and Swedes in the back (Finns do love their knives,) I'm wondering who exactly might be a friend to you now?

I never said that Russians are bad guys.
I can say that trying to invade Finland is a bad thing though! But I like Russians, regardless of mistakes that they made in history, maybe that is why soviet union fell (Because they lost to Finland!)

I dislike the fact that Sweden did not help Finland as much as they could have! I have been to Sweden, and power sockets over there try to assassinate Finnish people, so I don't really like Sweden. I heard recently that they are bombing innocent trees in the forest with their saab fighter jets too!

Yeah. Maybe you could tone down the trolling a bit? Not be an asshole to people in general and Americans specifically? Because being an internet asshole isn't especially difficult. I just don't get how making others upset makes you feel better about yourself?

I respect what the Finns did during the Winter War. Carl Mannerheim is to the Finnish what George Washington is to Americans (warts and all). Additionally, Mannerhiem was trained in the military arts by the Swedes if memory serves. Raate road and words unpronouncable to Americans etc. were your Battle of Gettysburg or Guadalcanal for us Americans. It's a point of national pride for you. I get it. And teaming with the Nazi was a way to protect your homeland from the Red Horde.

So can you not be an asshole for a few days?

And worth noting our thermonuclear tests not on our own soil were over "open water" of the Marshall Islands... at least that's what has been declassified. Once the treaties were in place about open-air testing, we used the Nevada deserts (though that still didn't prevent dust clouds of radioactive material from drifting around, at least one of which drifted into Mexico).

Oh so that's what the wall is for

ehehh ... there's a good joke in a great Italian horror movie (with zombies) called Cemetery Man.
While he's working with the barbed wire around the wall of the cemetery, the sheriff, from the road, ask him: they get in? (meaning thieves during night), and the cemetery man answer: no, they get out.
Edit: that movie is about Dylan Dog, the comic, in case anybody ever heard about it.
