If I lived in a country with a sensible health care system, I'd probably be on the Good Medication, have a stable job, and not lounge around here on the forums. I'd also be broke because I couldn't do anything but pay taxes... at least that's what the conservatives keep telling me... but I'm broke because I can't afford to pay for my medical issues, so what's the difference?

Congratulations. Hope you can keep striving and achieve the goals you've set out for yourself. I don't know how the "renting" rates in Norway are but one thing you can always count on is having property. As the world keeps growing and keeps extending our lives longer and longer (insane how people are living past 100' so easily). One day there won't be a house to buy, there won't be a land that's not purchased. Even if you can't enjoy the riches now, pass it down.

Putting a goal in front of me have been the only thing keeping me from going insane, it is an investment, my castle, my home and something i can work on.
The renting rates are awesome here, with that i mean it is really hard to get an apartment in the town i live/work in so i got tenants guaranteed.
This property is quite good as well, the location is great, 15 mins by bike to get to work a store close by, it is big enough for 4 people to live in it, I really cant complain.
I doubt i will live past 60, i might feel otherwise after living in the house for maybe a year, I got bad eating habits, It does not show on the outside, but i do not feel too great.
