Visited Norway, Italy, Czechia, Austria, Bosnia, Slovenia, Romania so far. Nothing really interesting, just Europe. I'd like to visit Canada, India, Belgium and Ireland.

In Finland, tobacco products can not be visible in store, you have to request them from the cashier. And the state has monopoly on booze, it can only be sold in "alko"(and of course in bars or such) which is a chain of state-owned liquor-stores.

The latter was enacted because of a rampant problem with alcohol abuse in Finnland, wasn't it?

Out of curiosity... could there be, by chance, a connection between the former quote and
Estonia is a nice place, everything is cheap and people speak in a weird way. For some reason I get reasons to constantly visit it.

Asking as the finns I have met so far while traveling all were quite hopeless (in the sense of high ambitions combined with not needing that much to pass out) drinkers...

England, Spain, Turkey and Greece. Heading to Vietnam on Monday for 2 weeks so we'll see how that is.

England is basically Ireland aesthetically, except you're in the land of the enemy so there's that.

Spain is nice, been to mainland Spain and their island off the coast of Africa, Fuertaventura. Both were nice,
got burnt to a crisp though because my skin doesn't get much sunlight.

I traveled across the country of Turkey. Izmir - Konya - Sivas. Was driving for at least 18 hours which was weird to me because you can travel
from one side of Ireland to the other in under 5 hours. Nice country with lots of different landscapes and slightly varying cultures depending
on the part you're in. Was a bit of a culture shock to be honest, the cities are packed and the drivers are crazy.

I was on the Island of Crete in Greece, so it was mainly a tourist attraction so I never really got to see what Greek culture was like.

I suppose Vietnam will be another huge culture shock, going to Hanoi and possibly down to Saigon, but will definitely be traveling around the
country as much as possible. So we'll see how that goes.

I'd definitely go back to Turkey, been twice so I'll probably make it a yearly thing. I'll see how Vietnam is and might consider going to south-east
Asia for a few months after I'm finish college. Other than that I'll probably try Sweden and Germany. Oh and Canada is on my list.

Visiting India may be cool, I think that India is a pretty cheap country too, excluding the flights to there, if you live far away from there. Though there may be some other countries that might get a larger priority on my list.

Many places in Asia are (or at least were around 10 years ago or so) very cheap, you can easily manage with 10€ budget a day.

But India definitely is a shithole-country. You are guaranteed to get diarrhea at least once if you go there. Traffic is pretty terrible. And air-quality is extremely poor, especially around large cities, as the quality of living rises. (More and more people are getting access to cars and electricity, which is mainly generated by burning coal, also there are quite many people in India).

Take it from someone who is part Indian: Traffic there is, or at least very recently was the worst in the world. Be very alert as if you're playing irl crossy road. Lol yeah maybe make sure all the food you eat is well-cooked, boil water if you have the time. There are parasites sometimes. Everyone and their mother has motorbikes in the city and/or motorcycles; they get rekt cause they go super fast so be wary of that too. Idk about hospitality, as with most countries I know there's pickpockets and whatnot. They use some British slang and words for stuff like rubbish bins instead of trashcans iirc, but that's not a huge deal

Removing humans always tops Teutonic listicles. Some things never change. Anywho, I need a palate cleanser after that little visit to Kraut paradise.
