Someone wrote above about money, business and marketing... So, one of the reasons for the popularity of the game is that everyone played as he thought it was necessary, and not "this is MMO, conflicts are inevitable." What kind of “business” can we talk about if you don’t want to satisfy the requests and wishes of your clients, but you want the number of these clients to grow? Then, of course, spam to help!

When you say "satisfy the requests and wishes of your clients" do you mean your wishes and requests? How about my wish and request?
And if our wishes conflict, which one should be satisfied? I would say the one in majority with other players, and in this case, without a poll, i'm sure i speak for the majority who wishes for a large playerbase, due to this being an MMO.

If you want to play solo you can dig down too level 5 with the rest of your troll friends...

Wtf is wrong with u lmoa.

Let's say there's 100,000 registered accounts here.

Let's assume 10,000 regularly check the forums. (And only the same 100 post)

For the 10,000 active forum goers, it's redundant to get an email about the new world.

For the 90,000 who haven't played, or thought about, this game in years it might be a nice reminder that this game not only still exists, but is in active development. When 5 years ago a player might have quit because there were 6 animals and 12 crops on three biomes, he might come back to find a very rich world.

Of those 90,000, assume only a paltry 900 come back to play for any period of time, and assume only 90 play for longer than three months. It wouldn't ruin the game with countless thousands of noobs.

Although tbh the vibe I'm getting is one of a man trying to keep a good thing a secret as to not have its beauty spoiled.

196k actually. And I guess at least 95% of those are spam bots.

Send invitation letters? I don't like the idea, but I don't mind.

Really?! A small clarification: most of the remaining players? Do you take into account the statistics and opinions of the players who left this game because they were not satisfied with your concept? Please think before throwing loud statements.

If you do not mind, then why are we even having this discussion...

My concept? I'm asking the developers to send an e-mail to invite back people who have played before and showed interest for the game.
If they were so unsatisfied with the game, they won't join. But if only 1 more person join this community again then it would have been a success.

...and really, come on. You really want me to prove that a majority of people leave H&H because they thought there were too many players? It's an MMO!

To clarify the appropriateness, I suppose. Or did you decide - you need to urgently implement?
Castille wrote:My concept?..

Concept - a system of views on something. Something is wrong?

I do not share such optimism. It matters to me what kind of person it is. Less is more (I find it difficult to translate Lenin's phrase well: "Лучше меньше, да лучше")?

I got lucky to connect on the forum and see the post about W11, not every player log into the forum once in a while to check the news, that's why I think an e-mail is a good idea.
I would be thankful if someone told me a new world was about to start.

So you don't mind the DEVS informing the playerbase of the reset, great. Then this thread is in agreement that they should send one out.

О_о I write my opinion, but I'm not a dictator, not a project director, not a responsible person, etc... I understand your irony, but it is too... shallow(?).
