The problem is getting people to agree on naming. We need self-explanatory names that people would get even if they're not familiar with whatever names were chosen; this is why people have consistently been calling them the South Continent, Western Continent, Central Continent, etc. I think 'Southland' has a good chance of catching on, though.

Dearest and most distinguished forum, I present to thee:

The Proposed Map of the Landmasses and Flags of the Hearthland

Image

It should be noted: These flags represent the Independent Peoples of each continent. If you are a hermit, a small group, or any other sort of free soul, this is your flag. If you live peacefully or fight for the protection of those that share the land with you, then this is your flag.

Ready-for-use images below:
Spruceland
Grammar: Spruceland residents are Sprucen.
Image

A sprucecap, the loving symbol of young hearthlings, lies against a twilit sky. The sprucecap's youth has entered its twilight, and they set out into the world to carve out their mark.
The flag represents the protection, learning, and prosperity of the new hearthlings which walk Spruceland's soil.

Hareland
Grammar: Hareland residents are Harish, and the global influence of Hareland is Haredom.
Image

Like rabbits, Hareland's people are spry and lively. They dash through the plains and forests, represented by the green backdrop, and blaze their own trail, carving the world to shape their ambitions.

Tangled Mire
Image

Like the beautiful Marsh-Mallow flower, the citizens of Tangled Mire stand out as diamonds in the rough. Hardworking and resilient, they make turn the harshest corners of the world into places of beauty.

Whitewood
Image

An ashen place of black and white, Whitewood is simultaneously harsh and welcoming. Its citizens weave the land around them into a land of opulence and plenty, represented by royal fuchsia under a night sky.

Broadshore
Image

Broadshore is a land of salt spray, of sand and kelp underfoot, and of humble plenty, all represented bubbles and an ocean view on the flag. Its welcoming yet grizzled citizens take bounty from the land and sea, and live a life of simple luxury.

I'd leave it to the people who actually live there to come up with all the names (and the names of other places which will end up being completely different from what people living in those places are calling it, and that's fine).
Too old to rock-n-roll, too young to die.

Northern continent "Land Up Under" on account of it's Havenstralia shape.
